Judicial Law Clerk Program – Judicial clerkships typically last two years, though the terms can be flexible depending on the post-clerkship employment plans of an individual clerk. Panel law clerks are not assigned to any one judge, but rather provide support for different judges and three-judge Licensing Boards during their tenure with the ASLBP
